100% Cortese from Lombardy. Three days of skin maceration, followed by a short spell in old used barrel, unfiltered, 80mg SO2 / litre. Wild yeast fermentation with a golden hue + ripe yellow fruit. A well balanced textured orange, characterful, hints of spice and with good acidity. 13% ABV.
