Whole bunches crushed and macerated on skins for three weeks in tinajas – clay amphorae. Aged on fine lees for 10 months in amphora. Unfiltered. Vineyard is organic, following biodynamic principles. Notes of honey, dried fruit, tangerine peel, herbal even and with good body. / No added sulphites. / Certified ORGANIC. / Certified VEGAN.
