80% Siria; 20% red blend – Touriga Naciona. Tinta Roriz, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet.

PALHETE – a blend of white and red grapes, common in Portugal until the 1990s, now enjoying a revival among a younger generation of winemakers.  Predominantly white grape, but with the colour and palate of a low extraction red.

Hazy, pale ruby, with red fruits + spice aromas.  Fresh, elegant, easy red with strawberries, raspberries and white pepper.

Total SO2 49mg/litre – 12% ABV
