Classic, herbaceous, cut grass Sauvignon from the Loire. Great as an aperitif or serve with grilled fish. Good structure and length.
Guy Allion, Sauvignon Blanc – 1 x 5ltr Bag in Box / White Wine / Loire
Predominantly Merlot, with a dash of Cabernet Franc. Wild yeasts are used, temperature controlled for a gentle extraction, no further pressing after fermentation to minimise tannic structure. No fining, no filtration and low added sulphites. Juicy redcurrants, blackcurrants, sloes; youthful acidity and an easy charm. 12.5% ABV
