Organic, Vegan + ECOCERT.
Apricot, orchard fruits, fresh and bright with a hint of salinity.100% Trebbiano with 48 hours maceration, spontaneous fermentation and low added sulphites. Fab.

Juicy, cherry + wild stawberry fruits. Great acidity, low integrated tannins with a subtle hint of game. Small production natural wine in a 1.5 litre pouch. Wild yeast fermentation, low added sulphites, tank fermentation and aging.
