Blanc du Grappin – Macon Villages
100% Chardonnay, from the outskirts of Azé, in the northern reaches of the Mâcon-Villages appellation. The white limestone marl is classic Chardonnay soil and the 30-80 year old vines are farmed organically. Wild yeast fermentation and ageing on lees for over 12 months for freshness + further texture. 13% ABV
Beaujolais-Villages 2024 Grappin, Gamay
From ‘Les Raisses’ a vineyard situated on decomposed granite and schist in Lancie, which adjoins the vines of Fleurie. Planted over 50 years ago + farmed organically. Harvested by hand, fermented by indigenous yeast as whole bunches. Easy going soft fruit, low tannin, rouge with a user friendly ABV of 12%.
