Apricot, orchard fruits, fresh and bright with a hint of salinity.100% Trebbiano with 48 hours maceration, spontaneous fermentation and low added sulphites.  Fab. 12.5%

UAIN, Trebbiano Ravenna, Italy

Gamay from our organic parcel in Lancié, abutting the famous vines of Fleurie. It’s a fruity, refreshing, juicy wine that’s ready to drink now. At 11.2% alcohol it’s awesome for quaffing.

Du Grappin Beaujolais 23, France

Juicy, cherry + wild stawberry fruits.  Great acidity, low integrated tannins with a subtle hint of game.  Small production natural wine in a 1.5 litre pouch.  Wild yeast fermentation, low added sulphites, tank fermentation and aging. 13% 

UAIN, Sangiovese Ravenna, Italy

6 months ageing in old Burgundy barrels.  Typical Cotes du Rhone with Le Grappin lightness of touch. 13% 

Du Grappin Grenache + Syrah, Cotes du Rhone Rouge, France

50% Barbera, then Dolcetto & Croatina giving a bright, light, juicy red with plenty of wild red fruits and integrated easy tannins to knit it all together.13% ABV.
