2020 TREBBIANO ‘B’, IGP Ravenna, Italy – Skin Contact 2 litre pouch
20-30 year old vines on clay and sandy soils, organic practice and biodynamic preparations. 3-4 days maceration on skins; wild yeast fermentation in steel and then 6 months ageing in concrete tanks. Deep colour, quince and bashed Autumnal fruits, slighly oxidative, acidity keeps it all fresh. Unfiltered and unfined. 25mg / litre total sulphites. 12.5% ABV
