RED : Fresh & Fruity field blend of English grapes. 60% Pinot Meunier + 40% Pinot Noir grown in Somerset. Co-fermented with wild yeasts, then left to develop for 12 months. Very light red, summer fruits, best served lightly chilled.
ORANGE : Skin contact made with 100% Bacchus grapes grown in the Malvern hills. Carbonic maceration, wild yeast fermentation and then left to develop for a year. Food-friendly amber wine, tropical fruits, best served lightly chilled.
