An intense elegant white from an almost equal blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne + Vermentino (Rolle) grapes grown on the pebbly, clay + limestone terraces overlooking ghe Orbieu river. Natural fermentation, the vinified varieties are blended + aged on fine lees. Full, textural wine with notes of peach, lime, spice + a long mineral finish. Great with aromatic foods: steamed pork dumplings or tabbouleh. 13% ABV
