Organic wine, hand harvested with a wild yeast fermentation. Some skin contact and wine stays on lees in vat for 6 months. From native Antao Vaz and Arinto, light plum and apple flavours. Slight oxidative notes, great texture and degree of complexity not always found in BIB wines.
