3ltr Bag in Box – Macerato (Orange), Azienda Agricola Montelio, Lombardy – Sfusobuono

ABV 12%

100% Cortese from Lombardy. Three days of skin maceration, followed by a short spell in old used barrel, unfiltered, 80mg SO2 / litre. Wild yeast fermentation with a golden hue + ripe yellow fruit. A well balanced textured orange, characterful, hints of spice and with good acidity. 12% ABV.

3ltr Bag in Box – Pinot Nero, Pavia IGT, Lombardy – Sfusobuono

ABV 12.5%

Organic certified, 100% Pinot Noir from Lombardy. Cold maceration for 3 days + a spontaneous malolactic fermentation. A fresh, juicy, spicy, light Pinot with black pepper + strawberry notes. Just as delicious lightly chilled. 80mg SO2/ litre.
