Naturally sparkling Blanc de Blancs, 100% Chardonnay from Piemonte, Italy. This 200ml can has aromas of grapefruit, lemon + pastry with gentle bubbles + a fresh and light finish. Made using the ‘tank method’ so the same as Prosecco Frizzante’; the first fermentation of base wine is in stainless steel; second slow cool fermentation is in pressurised tank. Bone dry with zero dosage, i.e. no added sugar. 12% ABV, vegan friendly.
Our vibrant sparkling Chardonnay is grown by Cantina Tre Secoli who have been growing grapes for over 300 years at what is now a Unesco Heritage site in the Monferrato region of Italy. The cool continental climate allows Chardonnay to ripening fully whilst retaining bright acidity. Crafted through its second fermentation by sparkling wine experts So.Vi.Pi.
